Nassau and East Schodack Fire Departments sponsor a joint Scout Explorers Post – Post 1222. Kids ages 14-16 are welcome to join. If you would like more information, please give us a call!

On August 12th, the Nassau Fire Department and East Schodack Fire Company Explorers Post 1222 hosted Scout Troop 166 from the Town of Nassau. Teams participated in traditional and non-traditional bucket brigades. Teams also had some summer water fun!

These events are designed to expose local youth to the fire service and our program while promoting fire saftey. Explorers Post 1222 is open to ages 14-16 living in our service areas. If you are interested in learning more or joining, please contact us.
